Stan Pastusek
Director of Operations
Stan is “The Man” and directs the overall manufacturing process and is involved in every stage of production. From managing raw material, finished goods, scheduling, and providing our engineering support, Stan is our operations guru. Stan joined HTI in 2006 and has years of experience in engineering and product development. Stan is a football and baseball fanatic and is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. Go Red Raiders!
Kevin Sowell
Manufacturing Manager
Kevin comes to us as a proud Tarleton State University grad and has years of mill machining experience. Kevin joined our team in 2014 and masterminds our Mill and Lathe Shops with his technical knowledge and his uncanny attention to detail while perfecting the final product. Kevin’s hands-on and results-driven attitude enables him to be successful within our busy environment. Kevin is a true asset to Team HTI.
Steve Dollar

HTI was lucky to have Steve join our team in 2017. Steve comes to us with an extensive range of skills with more than 35 years of machining and manufacturing experience. Steve has a unique insight for machining, safety, quality and thrives on attention to detail. Steve’s background as a Technical Training Coordinator, helps promote HTI’s goal for continual process and employee development. Not only is Steve a great addition to our team and customers, he truly is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.
